On May 24th, 2017 our partner Mr Matthias Winkler and tax advisor Ms Veronika Prüll participated via Skype at the 3rd International VAT conference of the publishing house Das Höfer from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Within a 45-minute presentation Mr Winkler and Ms Prüll talked about the German VAT system as well as about founding a company in Germany. There are in Germany different cases, when a foreign company needs to be VAT registered e.g. with a warehouse in Germany. Furthermore there was a focus on construction
companies. In Ljubljana company representatives from different industries participated and there was also some time for individual questions.
